How do I book a corporate apartment? 
We only work with companies that sign the tenancy agreement for the employee or consultant who will live in the apartment. To make a booking request, please Click here where you describe your need for housing. We then match your request with our available apartments. All our apartments are booked online without pre-visits based on a photo presentation together with the rental terms and conditions. This means that you can book an apartment from wherever you are in the world. Once you have found an apartment that suits you and you have confirmed the same, we will send you a contract together with practical information about the apartment. After that the keys will be available for collection on the move-in day and you can move straight into your new home. Quite a smooth process, right?  

How come I can’t book an apartment online?
It is important for us to get it right from the start. Many of our customers have not been to Gothenburg before or it is their first time making a reservation with us. It is therefore very important that we can provide personal service and try to match the right accommodation with the right person. Our experience is that this personal contact is very important for the solution to work well for the customer, the tenant and us. Do you want to make a reservation? How much does it cost to rent a corporate apartment?
The price varies based on location, size of the apartment, standard and duration of the rental period. We always try to meet our client’s needs within the limits of their budget. The longer the rental period, the lower the rent will be. You can rent from minimum one month up to several years.  

What is included in the rent?
All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped for self-catering according to Swedish standard. This means, for example, that there are clean sheets and towels and a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, kettle, rice cooker and toaster. All apartments also have iron, ironing board and cleaning equipment. Some of the apartments have a washing machine, others have access to a common laundry room. All our apartments come with the basic TV channel supply.

Do I need to pay for full months when renting a corporate apartment?
No. You can always choose to start and end a rental period at any date of the month and only pay for the days you live there. The shortest period you can rent our apartments is one month.

Where are your apartments?
We have apartments in all of Gothenburg’s districts such as Hisingen, City Center, Gamlestaden, Olskroken, Lunden, Kålltorp, Munkebäck and Mölndal.   

How do I get access to the keys for the corporate apartment I am renting?
We send you a booking confirmation where you fill find information about where and when the keys will be available for collection. Usually you can collect the keys from 18:00 (6:00 pm) on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed. You pick up the keys at our office which is open 24 hours a day every day using a personal code.

Can I cancel a corporate apartment in advance?
Yes of course. It can be difficult to predict exactly how long a project will take. You can cancel your corporate apartment early. The notice period varies depending on whether you have a short- or long-term contract and range from one to three months.

Can I extend the contract for my corporate apartment?
Yes. We know that projects take many times longer than expected. Should you need to extend your rental agreement this is perfectly fine. For long-term contracts, we would like to know if you want to extend your contract three months before the closing date of the contract. For short-term contracts, it is enough to inform us one month before. As an additional service in case you forget to inform us that you want to extend your contract, we always check with you before we make it available to other tenants. If you would like to extend your contract at the last minute, this is fine if we have not found a new tenant. If so, we will do our best to offer you an alternative accommodation as like the current accommodation as possible.
