The space is split into one mini living room and one bedroom, and you’ll share a kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry room with two lovely roommates. Even better: the room(s) has its own private entrance through a big, beautiful garden, which makes this place extra amazing during spring and summer. The details: * Sublet (registration unfortunately not possible) * Rent: 5,400 SEK/month * Location: Örby/Älvsjö – buses to the city every 10 minutes from Juliaborg * Period: April 1st – September 1st * Roommates: two friendly people, one studying law, the other applying to art school. * The room has a double bed, two sinks, sofabed/couch, sidetable, dinnertable, two chairs, big closet, fridge with freezer and a book closet
